What is included in a standard yacht charter?
Each charter comes with an experienced crew, necessary safety gear, fuel, and an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages. Certain packages have additional inclusions — for example, sunset cruises come with gourmet appetizers, while corporate charters provide meeting amenities and specialized menus for business events.
How far in advance should I book?
To secure your reservation, especially in the busy season from May through September, it's best to book at least 2–3 weeks prior. For business gatherings or private parties, reserving 4–6 weeks in advance will ensure better yacht selection and provide ample time for personalized arrangements.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Our highest concern is safety. In the event the captain decides the weather poses a risk, we'll propose a new date for your trip or issue a complete refund. Weather predictions are monitored constantly, and should any issues arise, we will get in touch with you at least 24 hours before the planned departure.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
You are certainly permitted to bring your personal food and non-alcoholic drinks aboard. While offering comprehensive catering services tailored to your taste preferences, for safety reasons we do not permit glass containers on the yacht.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We aim to accommodate all our guests. Some yachts are better equipped for accessibility than others, so please let us know your requirements upon booking. We will suggest the most appropriate yacht and make the necessary provisions for your comfort.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations that are made with more than 72 hours' notice will be fully refunded. Those made between 24–72 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. If the cancellation is within 24 hours of departure, the fee is non-refundable unless the circumstances are related to adverse weather or mechanical issues on our side.
